Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to a competition run by Leitrim County Council to win a free return flight from anywhere in the world to County Leitrim, Ireland for one winner and a guest of their choice.

2. Entrants must be over 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to the competition. 

3. In order to win this competition, entrants must complete the online form on https://forms.office.com/e/v0mdU3bMgR or manually enter by completing the competition entry form at the Irish Fest, Milwaukee on 16th August 2024 . This competition is not open to Leitrim County Council employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors or their families.

4. Entrants entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

5. One entry is permitted per person.

6. The prize includes flights and an experience at the Shed Distillery for 2 adults only. Accommodation available sleeps up to 6 people. Accommodation is based on self-catering.

7. Transfers to and from the accommodation are not included.

8. Prize winners must be available to fly any time from the 21st to 28th May 2025.

9. Leitrim County Council accepts no responsibility or liability for entries or information relating to entries that are lost.

10. Closing date for entries is January 8th, 2025.

11. The winning entry will be picked at random from valid entries received through a random number generator on the 10th of January 2025 and it will be announced through The Leitrim Gathering social media pages. This decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. No cash alternative will be provided as an alternative for this prize and the prize is non-transferable. 

13. By accepting this prize, the winner grants Leitrim County Council the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as Leitrim County Council may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

14. Leitrim County Council is excluded from liability for any loss, damage, or injury which might occur to the winner or any other person with whom the winner shares the prize.
