Join us for an insightful lecture on the history of Leitrim workhouses in 1849 by Dr. Gerard McAtasney, exploring the experiences of those who lived through this challenging period. The event will also feature the unveiling of a commemorative sculpture depicting two of the Earl Grey girls departing from Carrick workhouse for Australia.
